DDH Graham Limited acts as the Responsible Entity of Childcare Property Trust No. 1.

Following a capital raising of $7.6 million in May 2001 the Trust acquired 9 childcare centres and related freehold property.

Principal Activities
The Trust has been established as a closed-end property trust to invest in freehold childcare centres.

The 9 Trust properties are located as follows:

  • Kirwan, Townsville, QLD
  • Tinana, Maryborough, QLD
  • Kings Langley, Sydney, NSW
  • Maryborough, QLD
  • Algester, Brisbane, QLD
  • Salisbury Heights, Adelaide, SA
  • Calamvale, Brisbane, QLD
  • Taigum, Brisbane, QLD
  • Parkinson, Brisbane, QLD


The Trust's initial 5 year investment timeframe expired in May 2006. The sale of the Trust's properties occurred in the first quarter of 2007.  The Trust was wound up on 30th June 2007 at which time the final distribution was paid to unitholders.
