DDH Graham Limited
DDH Graham Limited is a Brisbane based funds management and administration organisation which was founded in 1981 by David D H Graham. In 1984 Suncorp General Insurance acquired a controlling interest.
In 1997, following the merger of Suncorp Insurance and Metway Bank the business operations of its then merchant banking subsidiary were split with current executives acquiring the corporate advisory and certain funds management operations.
After changed ownership in 1997, DDH Graham Limited continued to operate advisory and funds management activities.
DDH Graham Limited is now an unlisted public company owned by David D H Graham, Peter B Lockhart and Ugo C Di Girolamo. DDH Graham Limited is the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence, number 226319.
DDH Graham Limited is at present structured into two operating areas, Money Market and Funds Management.
