Sentinel Property Trust - up and running with an $18M purchase

The Sentinel Property Trust acquired its first property on 15 January 2009. The industrial complex is fully leased to BlueScope Steel for 15 years and is located at Archerfield, in southwest Brisbane.
The acquisition was funded by $8.5 million from wholesale investors, with the remainder funded via a debt facility.
DDH Graham Limited acts as Responsible Entity for the Trust.
