Where we collect your personal information (including where stockbrokers or financial advisers collect that information and pass it to us) for the purpose of facilitating your investment into one of our products we will take all reasonable steps to ensure this information is used appropriately and stored securely.

In the normal course of business, information collected about you will be disclosed to the person collecting it (e.g. your stockbroker), or in some cases Bank of Queensland, where we are acting as their agent.

Unless we contact you and obtain your express permission first we will not use any of your personal information for any purpose other than the efficient administration of your investment.

Internet

When you browse our website, our service provider logs the following information for statistical purposes - your server address, top level domain name (eg .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc.), the date and time of your visit, the pages accessed,
documents downloaded, the previous site visited and the type of browser used.

We will not try to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider's logs.

Our website is cookie-free.

We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. It will not be automatically added to any mailing list.
